7. Limitation of Liability

• APT LABS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
