Refund & Return Policy – APT WELLNESS

This Refund & Return Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Invoice/order ID must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products

Opened or used wellness/healthcare consumables.

Products damaged due to mishandling by customer.

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Customer Rights
As per Indian consumer laws, customers are entitled to a refund/replacement if goods are:

Defective or expired.

Different from what was advertised.

Not delivered within the committed timeframe.
5. Return Procedure
