Shipping Policy – APT WELLNESS

This Shipping Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship products across India. International shipping will be announced separately.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Customers receive confirmation and tracking details via email/SMS.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days.

• Tier-2/3 cities: 5–7 working days.

• Remote/rural locations: 7–10 working days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout as per Legal Metrology Rules.

• Free shipping may be provided during promotions.

5. Delay in Delivery

Delays due to strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or government restrictions will be communicated. Customers have the right to cancel orders in case of unreasonable delay.

6. Damages, Shortages & Loss

• Customers must report damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos).

• Replacement/refund will be provided if verified.
